Colby & Lindsey were married December 30th, 2017 at Colby's grandparent's land "The Bluff" in Graham, Texas. Land that has been a heart centered location full of memories, love and family for many generations. Beautiful views, amazing cactus bushes (I am obsessed with) and a ceremony set up to over look the jaw dropping scenery hovered over by a mood setting winter fog. Colby and Lindsey have know each other since the third grade and through all these years they have built a firm foundation of friendship that blossomed into a strong and devoted relationship and now marriage. The two exchanged vows in front of friends and family snuggled up in personalized blankets, mittens and hand warmers. Although the temperature was below freezing, no one would have been anywhere else but there to witness this love story.
Colby and Lindsey invited their guests to celebrate at the Sparrow Creek Ranch just miles from The Bluff to join in a meal, to warm up with some drinks, dancing, some hot coco and cake! This venue was breathtaking with dozens of dangling chandeliers and cozy heaters (those were a huge hit). Once it got to toast time, I ALWAY cry no matter what... because by this time in the day I usually consider myself as part of their family. A toast was made to the couple from an uncle that was pointing out the years of successful marriages throughout the family... both parents are either side have 20+ years of marriage, along with grandparents, aunt and uncles! Great examples of a love that is always worth fighting for. every single day. I was so honored to photograph this special day for Colby, Lindsey and their loved ones! Please keep these two in your prayers as they start off their new marriage, especially when Colby is called to serve our country over seas. Thank you for your service Colby! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Brown!
